This policy explains how Infinity Marketing (“we”, “us”), the company behind SWEAT FREE® and Fresh n Free®, handles personal information collected through sweatfree.in. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what you give us when you fill in our contact form, call us or email us: for example your name or business name, email address, phone number, location, and your message or order requirement.

If you allow analytics (see section 4), Google Analytics also records how the website is used, such as pages viewed and device type.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, to supply orders and to support our products. We do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

3. Contact form

Our contact form is provided by Google Forms. What you submit is stored in our Google account and is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

4. Cookies and analytics

We use no advertising cookies. Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow” on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

5. Sharing and storage

We share personal information only with the services that run this website and our email (Hostinger and Google), or where the law requires it. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with your request, or as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
