Four steps, about a minute
Step four is what keeps the pad in place all day.
- Turn the garment inside out.Work on dry, clean fabric.
- Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive.
- Face the short end of the pad towards the arm of the garment.
- Line the notches up over the inside arm seam and press the pad down firmly so it seals.
Pads go on clothes only, never on skin. One pad per use. Don’t machine wash, dry or iron clothes with a pad still stuck in. When you take one off silk or other delicate fabric, peel it back slowly and low.
